We chose Precision Door to replace our two garage doors because they had done previous repairs for us and on those occasions they were fantastic to work with. Their consultant, Megan was very helpful and informative in our in-home meeting today so she made our decision to use Precision Door to replace our garage doors an easy one. I would highly recommend them!

From the time I made the. Call to the time they was done was very impressive. I call them at 10 and they scheduled it the same day at 2 to 6 Matt called me about 330 and said he was going to be there in 40 mins. When he arrived he was great explained everything step by step and got the door working In the same day I would recommend them to any one. Have not recy customer service that good for a long time . Want to thank everyone I spoke with and Matt is a valuable asset to your team. Thank you again

Shame, shame on us for not doing our homework on the typical cost to replace a garage door lifting system. To their credit (although I am so angry that giving this "credit" tastes like bile in my mouth), Precision came out in a timely manner to replace our 7-year old garage door lifting system. They replaced everything (except the door and the opener) and we are happy that the door is again working. HOWEVER, the bill was $3000! That is not a typo...$3000. They also performed an assessment on our other garage door and offered a $500 "deal" if they replaced it today. We did not pursue the 2nd door as I didn't feel good about the price. Once the work was done and we had paid, I still felt uneasy about the charges. So I finally spent the time to find out if our $3000 bill was typical of other companies in the area would charge. The estimates have been $500 to $625 FOR THE SAME products and labor. Again, shame on us for not doing our research, but BEWARE of this company. We have never experienced this level of a ripoff in our lives and are shocked that the technician could even keep a straight face when talking to us. "What dopes", he must have been thinking.

I was very happy with the service. Mr Walker answered all my questions and was very professional all the way through the process. He also said he could install a new opener for a very reasonable price, I had bought it about a year ago and just hadn't installed it yet. After he was done he cleaned up every thing when done he explained every I need to know about my new opener, As a former Installer and repairmen for the telephone company 40 years I would highly recommend Mr. Walker, Thanks for a job well !

Repair was completed, Matt was professional, courteous, and efficient. He presented the options for the repairs, please note there was no sales pressure. I called Precision Garage Door Service today at 2:30pm and they had someone at my house at 3:45pm! Matt Eberly was our technician, and I can't say enough great things about him! He was personable, professional, and got to work so quickly! He was able to fix the motor to our garage in under an hour. Matt Eberly was our prior tech. He installed a garage door opener this winter and we had an issue with it going up and down. He was here on April 15th. On time and very good service. We love your company and would recommend it to everyone. It was nice to have the same technician. Excellent service.

I have a beautiful wood garage door but it had a motor way too small and all the hinges were old and frozen. When the door went up and down all shook and was noisy. James from Precision spent over 3 hours replacing all the old, noisy parts and now it runs smooth as silk. Love it!

Working with Precision Garage Door was really quick and easy. This morning we had Precision install a new Liftmaster garage door opener. Our serviceman Tom P. was knowledgeable, on time, courteous, and a delight with whom to work. He cleaned up well after he finished the installation, programmed our remotes, and explained how the opener inside the garage worked. This is the third time we have worked with Precision and each time, we were fully satisfied with the work. We recommend them without hesitation.
